Labs matter in psychiatry. They rule out medical causes, keep ongoing treatment safe, and guide dosing for certain medications.
These prices are what the lab charges, with nothing added. They’re estimates and could change. I can also order labs through your insurance, but self-pay is often cheaper.

- Psychiatric Baseline PanelBlood count, kidney, liver, electrolytes, calcium, blood sugar, and thyroid. A fit for most new patients. $28
- Baseline with Metabolic ScreenThe baseline plus A1c and cholesterol. $38
- Depression Medical WorkupThe baseline plus A1c, ferritin, B12, folate, vitamin D, and hs-CRP. For stubborn low mood or fatigue. $81
- Antipsychotic Metabolic MonitoringKidney, liver, blood sugar, A1c, and cholesterol, to keep an eye on metabolic health. $28

Medication monitoring
For lithium, valproate, and clozapine.

- Initiation PanelBefore the first dose: kidney, electrolytes, calcium, thyroid, and a pregnancy test if it applies. $33
- Titration PanelLithium level, kidney, electrolytes, and thyroid, about 1 week after starting and again at 1 to 2 months. $35
- Dose-Adjustment LevelLithium level only, after at least 5 days on a new dose. $23

Clozapinefrom $12
- Baseline PanelBefore the first dose: blood count with white cell breakdown, kidney, liver, blood sugar, A1c, and cholesterol. $32
- Neutrophil CheckWhite blood cell count with absolute neutrophil count, per visit. Weekly for 6 months, every 2 weeks to month 12, then monthly. $12
- Metabolic RecheckKidney, liver, blood sugar, A1c, and cholesterol, at 12 weeks and then yearly. $28
- Clozapine LevelClozapine and norclozapine levels, only when needed. At least 3 days on the same dose. $38
