What to expect
More than a seat in the corner
I have 15 years of nursing education experience, and I teach the way I wish someone had taught me. The hardest part of my own PMHNP training was finding a preceptor, so I know how much it matters. You’ll see both medication management and psychotherapy here.

I work with you
You won’t just watch. I explain my thinking, answer your questions, and give you chances to use what you’ve learned.

Patients always choose
A student is only in the room if the patient says yes, and no is always fine. I’ll still find ways to help you learn.

In person is best
I prefer students to be here in person. If your program allows remote, I can make that work.

There is a fee
Teaching takes real time. The fee depends on your hours and program requirements, and I’ll go over it once I review your request.
